Consultations - We are utilizing the Zoom video conferencing tool to virtually meet with our clients, review the home buying process, set expectations, setup searches, and answer questions. We can also share our screen to review documents etc...
Mortgage Process - Our preferred lenders can get your financing completed from pre-approval to closing without in-person interaction. They have online applications and portals for your to securely upload all your documents
Touring Homes - We are utilizing the latest technologies to help our clients view properties virtually and narrow their list before heading out for private tours. If the listing already has a 3D virtual tour available it is as easy as us sending you the link to virtually tour the house, but not every home has one available...when they aren't available we are going to the property for our clients and using tools like Facetime or Zoom to provide a video tour for our clients. This will allow us to help you narrow your search from the comfort and safety of your home. Then once we have some finalists we are scheduling private tours and practicing social distancing protocol and sanitizing where we can to provide a safe environment for you to tour the property.
Negotiations - ALL contract documents throughout the entire process until closing can be e-signed from the comfort of your home and we can screen share and video conference with you to review documents together and answer questions.
Inspections - Every inspector/inspection company is operating by different guidelines. Some are allowing the buyer to attend the inspection if they feel comfortable. Others are offering a phone call with the buyers before leaving the property to review the report and answer any questions. We can help you find the right inspector based on your comfort level and preferences. All of our preferred home inspectors are also providing detailed reports with photos covering all issues that may arise.
Closing - We are working with our preferred title companies to offer a multitude of safe options to our clients for closing day. Options currently include, private closing rooms at the title company with just the title company rep or mobile notaries sent to your house to obtain the necessary signatures etc...

Listing Appointment Consultations - We are utilizing the Zoom video conferencing tool to virtually meet with our clients, virtually tour their homes, set expectations, provide staging advice, and answer questions and can share our screen to review documents etc...All paperwork can also be completed via electronic signatures.
Showings - We are limiting private showing to onlyone group at a time. So there aren't multiple groups of people in your property together. We are recommending all interior doors be left open during the tour and all lights be left on to reduce surface touching during the tour. We are also committed to providing shoe covers and hand sanitizer (while supplies last) at the front door of your house for incoming buyers to use while touring your property. Most importantly we want you to feel safe and comfortable and can talk through additional ideas and options to achieve that goal.
Open Houses - On an as need basis we are committed to holding "virtual" open houses where we can use social media avenues such as Facebook Live to be at your house and answer peoples questions/give them a virtual tour of the home without having actual visitors in your property.
3D Tours- Our photography & media partners offer 3D Virtual Tours of a house which would allow a potential buyer to tour your property online in 3D. This can be part of our marketing plan for your home to help buyers tour your home without visiting the property initially.
