With a return to seasonality, year-over-year closed sales declined by 13.7% but were still
meaningfully higher than pre-Covid levels for September. Pending sales compared to last year
declined 15.9%, but again, they are consistent or slightly higher than before the pandemic.
Current active listings increased, giving buyers more opportunities and less competition.
